Competition Terms & Conditions

1. To qualify for an entry into the draw you are required to either:
   • a. purchase a full season fishing or game licence (adult or family) at any Hunting & Fishing New Zealand Retail Store on or before May 5th 2012.
   • b. make a purchase of $99.99 or more at any Hunting & Fishing New Zealand Retail Store or online at www.huntingandfishing.co.nz on or before May 5th 2012.
   • c. Upload your photo of a Hilux in a ‘tougher than you can imagine’ situation into the Toyota Hilux Competition category of our Brag Gallery. You will need to first be registered as a member of Club Hunting & Fishing. To register please click here.
   • d. Post your photo of a Hilux in a 'tougher than you can imagine' situation along with your name, address, phone number and email address to: Toyota Hilux Competition, Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, PO Box 4472, Palmerston North, 4442. Posted entries need to be received no later than Tuesday May 1st, 2012 in order to be processed.
2. The competition runs from the release of our Spring catalogue 2011 to D Day Saturday May 5th 2012.
3. To successfully participate in the competition, you must enter your unique identifying code online (or you can ask your local store to do this on your behalf). Entries for all qualifying purchases must be entered online before 5pm Wednesday May 9th 2012.
4. For online entries, you must enter all the required information including an email address. If you don't have an email address, your entry will be made manually by your store representative.
5. By making an online purchase of $99.99 or more (excluding freight) in the qualifying period, your entry into the competition will be automatic. The entry will be attributed to the purchaser.
6. Every entry via the website will be followed up by emailed confirmation that the entry has been received successfully; at that time you will be given the opportunity to get another entry into the draw by validating your address details. This is an optional process.
7. You need to correctly answer the competition question to enter. If you have entered manually or via an online purchase, and you are drawn as the winner, you will be required to do this in order to claim your prize.
8. The draw will be made on or around May 18th 2012. The winner will be announced in the June e-news and our Spring 2012 Catalogue.
9. The winner will be the first entry drawn from all valid entries submitted prior to 5pm Wednesday May 9th 2012.
10. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 7 days of the drawing date, then Hunting & Fishing New Zealand may draw another winner.
11. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
12. The Judges decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. By entering the competition you consent to being photographed and to your name and photograph being used for publicity purposes. The winner also agrees to participate in any publicity activities that the Promoter may reasonably require. The winner is not entitled to any payment or other compensation in connection with these activities.
14. The decision of the promoters in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Entry is consent to receive Hunting & Fishing New Zealand email newsletters and promotions - however you can unsubscribe at any time.
16. Liaison on prize collection will be with Toyota New Zealand or their nominated representative.
17. Hunting & Fishing New Zealand is not liable for any manufacturer's warranty on the prizes provided.
18. The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Hunting & Fishing New Zealand in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Winner is responsible for all insurance, tax or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
19. To the fullest extent permitted by law Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the Promotion prize.
20. Competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
21. Competition is not open to employees of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, their immediate family members or companies associated with this competition.
22. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
23. By submitting an entry, you accept these terms and conditions.
