Online Store Delivery & Freight Policy

We support delivery of most of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time.  The anticipated delivery time will be within 3 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock. In this case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.

All items are marked as extra small, small, standard or large.  Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Extra Small Item/s $4 total fee (irrespective of how many small items ordered)
• Small Item/s $10 total fee (irrespective of how many small items ordered)
• Standard Item/s $15 total fee (irrespective of how many standard items ordered)
• Mixture of small and standard items $15 total fee (irrespective of how many items ordered)
• Large Items $30 each (each large item will incur an additional $30 freight & handling charge over and above any other freight & handling charges required for small or standard items you are purchasing)

All of our orders are sent via courier so they will need to be signed for; please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes.

Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Second Hand Guns

All online sales of second hand guns incur a $15 courier charge per store relevant to the transaction - however whereas new product orders will go to your nearest store; second hard firearms go to the holding store.

If you wish to see a second hand firearm at your nearest store before purchasing, there will be an additional courier fee of $15 (same Island) and $20 (inter-Island). This fee covers the return freight of the firearm to the original store and will be waived should you purchase the firearm.
