Wairarapa Hunting & Fishing New Zealand was the first store to join the Hunting & Fishing NEW ZEALAND franchise. It has grown from strength to strength since moving from its original site at 6 Queen Street to bigger premises at 99-101 Queen Street, Masterton.
The store is now under the new ownership of Charlie and Kelly Meyer and has been revamped and restocked.
The uniqueness about our store is we are surrounded by mountains, in the middle by the Rimutaka and Tararua Forest Parks and by the rugged coastline on the southern and eastern sides - a paradise for the recreational hunter and for fresh and saltwater fishing.
STORE HOURS:
Monday - Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am - 2.00pm
Sunday - Out there doing it!

For Tramping and Camping no one is more suited for this position than Bo. Now having had over 17 years experience in this area Bo is right up to date with current information and technology.
Alina Harrington - Retail Assistant
A new recruit, Alina brings a fresh perspective to the store with a background in Fashion Retail and Photography. She is keen on the outdoors and is looking forward to getting out there a bit more.
Iain 'Sparrow' McKay - Manager
Sparrow has a healthy appetite for all things outdoors, particularly waterfowling.
