Hunting & Fishing New Zealand supports Geof Argyle Rally Team.

 

In life you meet a few good bastards and we'd put Geof Argyle and Phil Deakin in this category.  Geof is one of New Zealand's most accomplished rally drivers, but like most of us he's just an ordinary bloke earning ordinary money, and of course putting his family first.  But Geof has a real talent that enthusiasts of the sport thought was wasted.  This group of supporters like Geof have budget constraints too, but collectively they have all managed to contribute enough to enable Geof and Phil to compete in the national and international rounds of the NZ Rally Championships this year.

 

Research shows that a high percentage of hunters and fishermen also enjoy motorsport.  If this includes you, then you now have your own Hunting & Fishing New Zealand rally car to support.  For the record it's an ex Andrew Hawkeswood Mitsubishi Evo 8.  The first round of the NZ champs is based out of Dunedin on April 10 - 11.  Geof's car will be on display outside our Dunedin store prior to that.  Then leading into the second weekend of May, NZ's biennial hosting the major international WRC event takes place - based out of Auckland for 2010.  Geof's goal will to be first kiwi, a feat that he has accomplished in the past.
