Getting Kid's started in fishing is a simple operation at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand stores. While we only stock quality brands, even the big names like Shimano realise that kids need a confident start and reliable yet affordable tackle is a key to successful casting, retrieving and of course landing fish. Learners will tend to use and abuse their first rod and reel so it must be built tough. Our staff can not only set you up with the right equipment, they can demonstrate how it is used, and even give you pointers as to where best to go and try it out.
