FAQ's

  • How long will delivery take?

    Due to an increase in online order sales, please allow up to 5-10 working days (additional 3 for rural) for your order to be disptached. 

  • Where will my order be shipped from?

    Our online orders are supplied by our stores. Usually, your order will be shipped from the store closest to your delivery address however, if they do not have the stock the order will either be supplied from another store or directly from our suppliers.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain the information needed for you to be able to track and trace your parcel.

  • Which couriers do you use?

    The courier used will depend on the location of the dispatching store. In most instances, we use NZ Post, Fastway, or Toll. We may also use NZ Couriers, PBT or Coromandel Couriers on occasion.

  • How do I return a product purchased online?

    Products would usually need to be returned to the store they have been shipped from. For more details on our shipping and returns click here.

  • Do you ship overseas?

    Unfortunately we only ship to addresses within New Zealand but our Taranaki store sometimes ships overseas. They can be reached via taranaki.store@huntingandfishing.co.nz or 06 757 2255.

  • Do I need to fill out a firearms form when purchasing an air rifle or pistol?

    Yes, you will still be required to provide police signed proof of identification when purchasing an air rifle or pistol. This is to comply with legal requirements and to ensure you are over 18.
