  When filling the entry form, the recipient can choose to enter between 1x Lead Camping Prize Pack or 1x Secondary Fishing/Dive Prize Pack.   How to enter the Promotion:
  Once you have purchased Product(s) in-store from any Hunting & Fishing NZ store during the Promotion Period, you will need to enter via the Hunting & Fishing New Zealand website using your in-store receipt, www.huntingandfishing.co.nz/OTDI-Summer-Promotion . Every $50 spent in-store at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, gives you one entry into the Promotion for one Prize Package of your choice and also automatically gives you one entry to win one of five Hunting & Fishing New Zealand Clothing Shopping Spree Prize Pack(s) – i.e. spend $200 in-store at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand and receive four entries into one Prize Pack selection of your choosing and also four entries to win one of five Hunting & Fishing New Zealand Clothing Shopping Spree Prize Pack(s). Single receipts cannot be split across packages, i.e. a $200 spend equals four entries into one Prize Pack.

  When you enter the Promotion draw online, we will ask you to provide some personal information. We will only issue entries during the Promotion Period and you will only be able to register your entry up until 23.59pm on 31st January 2024.   The Draw:
  During the month of February 2024, for the Promotion Period of the 2023 Hunting & Fishing New Zealand “Out There, Doing It” Summer Promotions 2023/2024 Promotion, seven Winner(s) will be randomly selected by a computer-generated random selection programme. If you are a person selected, Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will contact you directly and at that time may ask to see and verify your receipt of the purchase of your Product(s). This random selection and announcement will happen no later than the 29th of February 2024. By or before the 29th of February 2024 the seven Prize Pack(s) Winner(s) will be announced, through Hunting & Fishing New Zealand social media channels and via EDM database.

  Hunting & Fishing New Zealand reserves the right to accept or decline any entry if the proof of purchase cannot be definitively confirmed. If Hunting & Fishing New Zealand cannot contact Winner(s) within 48 hours and all reasonable attempts – via phone & email have been attempted, Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will re-draw that person’s place in the Promotion.

  If any of the items within the Prize Pack(s) is not available during the handover period, the Supplier(s) will provide an equivalent item. Hunting & Fishing New Zealand has no control over this matter, and it is at the Supplier’s discretion.

  The Prize Pack(s) handover will take place at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand store where the winning transaction took place and the Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will advise the Supplier(s) and Winner(s) a time agreeable by all parties. All related liability of owning the Prize Pack(s) and its content is then passed to the Winner(s).

  Neither Hunting & Fishing New Zealand nor the relevant Supplier(s) will have any responsibility regarding the Prize Pack(s), including any injury or damage caused by the negligence of the Winner(s) once the handover is complete.
