  The Promotion:
  (Hunting & Fishing New Zealand) – 111-117 Kaimanawa Street, Palmerston North, NZ. The Promotion runs from 8.00am on 19th February 2025 until 23.59pm on the 4th May 2025 (Promotion Period). Total retail value of the Prize Pack as of February 2025 is stated below. This may be subject to change.

  Every shotgun purchase in-store gets you one entry into the draw. There are 39 Hunting & Fishing NZ stores nationwide, and 1 Prize Pack per store nationwide to be won.

  Prize Pack:
  Individual Prize Pack Value: $2,000 RRP (each).

  How to enter the Promotion:
  Once you have purchased a shotgun in-store from any Hunting & Fishing NZ store during the Promotion Period, you will need to enter in-store with a staff member and fill out the required form.

  Every shotgun purchase in-store at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, gives you one automatic entry into the Prize Pack at the store where the transaction took place – i.e. if the shotgun purchase is made the Hunting & Fishing Manawatu, you will be entered in that store’s Prize Pool.

  When you enter the Promotion draw, we will ask you to provide some personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy as to what this information is required for, how we will use it and what your rights are with respect to that information and our collection of it. We will only issue entries during the Promotion Period and you will only be able to register your entry up until 23.59pm on 4th May 2025. You must be over 18 years of age to enter the Promotion and you must be a New Zealand resident living in New Zealand. Proof of purchase must be provided by the Winner. Employees of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, and any of their immediate families cannot enter the Promotion.

  The Draw:

  Prize Pack
  During the month of May 2025, for the Promotion Period of the 2025 Hunting & Fishing New Zealand Autumn Promotion, Winner(s) of the Prize Pack, will be randomly selected by a computer-generated random selection programme. If you are a person selected, Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will contact you directly and at that time may ask to see and verify your receipt of the purchase of your shotgun. This random selection and announcement will happen no later than the 30th of May 2025. By the 30th of May 2025 the Prize Pack Winner will be announced, through Hunting & Fishing New Zealand social media channels and via EDM database.

  Hunting & Fishing New Zealand reserves the right to accept or decline any entry if the proof of purchase cannot be definitively confirmed. If Hunting & Fishing New Zealand cannot contact Winner within 48 hours and all reasonable attempts – via phone & email have been attempted, Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will re-draw that person’s place in the Promotion.

  2.Items in the Prize Pack may vary from the images shown in any promotional material and is at the discretion of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand.
  
  

  3.If any of the items within the Prize Pack is not available during the handover period, Hunting & Fishing NZ will provide an equivalent item. Hunting & Fishing NZ has no control over this matter, and it is at our discretion.
  
  

  4.The Prize Pack handover will take place at Hunting & Fishing New Zealand store where the winning transaction took place and the Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will advise the Winner(s) a time agreeable by all parties. All related liability of owning the Prize Pack and its content is then passed to the Winner(s).
  
  

  5.Hunting & Fishing New Zealand will have any responsibility regarding the Prize Pack, including any injury or damage caused by the negligence of the Winner once the handover is complete.
  
  

  6.The Prize Pack is not redeemable for cash or transferable.

  2.By entering the Prize Pack Promotion, Winner(s) will agree to be available for reasonable publicity purposes without compensation, including but not limited to photographs and interviews. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be published in various media, databases and channels by Hunting & Fishing New Zealand.

  1.To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, nor any person or party associated with the promotion will be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
