- Promoter: The competition is organized by Hunting& Fishing New Zealand, in friendship with NIOA New Zealand (exclusive distributor of Leupold optics).
- Promotion Period: The competition commences at 8:30 am on February 16, 2026, and closes at 11:59 pm on May 4, 2026.
- Eligibility:
- - Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- - Entrants must hold a valid New Zealand firearms license to be eligible for the guided hunt portion of the prize.
- - Employees of Hunting & Fishing New Zealand, NIOA New Zealand, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Entry Requirements:
- Qualifying Purchase: To enter, participants must purchase any Leupold product (optics, apparel, rangefinders, or performance eyewear) from a Hunting & Fishing New Zealand retail store or online at huntingandfishing.co.nz during the Promotion Period.
- Entry Multiplier: Every purchase on a Leupold product entitles the customer to one entry.
- Registration: Participants must retain their receipt and enter their details via the official competition from.
- Prize Details:
- The Hunt: One (1) guided hunting experience in New Zealand, including professional guiding services for a Central Otago Free Range Red Stag.
- The Merchandise: A premium Leupold gear pack featuring select optics and branded apparel.
- - Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- - All costs associated with the winner’s travel to Wanaka / Glen Dene will be covered by NIOA
- Winner Selection & Notification:
- - One (1) winner will be randomly selected via a computer-generated program the week following the end date of the promotion (4th May 2026)
- - The winner will be notified via phone or email and must provide proof of purchase (receipt) to claim the prize.
- - If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a redraw will occur.
